Have you guys ever encountered a situation where you have already keyed in the code and it says , "Enjoy your ride!" but eventually no code was applied and you got charged?
I just experienced my second time

Once n I complained n was refunded with account credit which I declined n demanded that it be refunded to my creditcard account.

none of the codes work for me...i didn't receive the email..

Has Grab made changes to its fare structure? Wanted to Grab to my usual lunch place but instead of seeing the fare as RM3 or 4, its now RM5. And its not even high demand. Noticed this since yesterday.

Wanted to save up my Uber codes for farther trips but ended up using haha.

Ya it is more expensive to GRAB now. The usual fare for my trip before was RM5, now it is RM8. I ended up taking Uber for now, worst case is I need to take Grabshare to save. 😂😂

Before this Uber was around RM4++ for the same trip. Now it was 5++. I just took it anyways since it is far cheaper than grab for now.

Depend on time as well. Uber surge can be very high fare as well. Sometimes Uber price is double Grab pricing. Is good thing that both already show you fix upfront fare now. I will always compare both apps pricing before requesting.
