ah decrease time of birth make sense biggrin.gif

below based on my experience witnessing my wife delivered 3 kids at operation room

1) no drugs or whatsoever in pushing for birth (doc wants to use drugs to decrease the birth time)

depends on situation , if water bag burst, normally dr advise drugs to push the birth as baby will be in danger if too long if wbag burst .. my wife 8 hours delivered after wb burst. probaly always be prepared for operation if needed ...

2) have baby with her straight after birth, (but doc said you are risking life of baby. He said baby needs to be keep warm immediately cause baby might be cold and cause hardship in breathing.)- is it true?

what do you mean straight after birth? normally after delivered ... nurse will slap buntut baby then cry ... after that baby will be put on your wife top near the breast area for 5 minutes .. then tag baby leg and hand with name .. then bring back to nusery .. on/off tekan bell as nurse to bring baby for breast feeding
3) Allow blood from Placenta to fully flows to baby before cut the cord (doc did not agree on this)

there is some people praticing this and depends on dr but for me i opt for stemcell hence cut cord and suck the cord blood to the tabung for stem cell to keep which done by the dr

Its for the safety of the baby. Not for convenience. Even a small pillow or even a cloth on the baby's face he/ she won't be able to remove it and would suffocate

not 100% but there is a higher chance of suffocation via object covering them or parents rolling over, or pushing them off bed, or hitting them or SIDS. etc and so forth. its not worth it. people say 'get closer to baby' or 'more convenient'. also more convenient for baby to die.

In a crude way, yes, die. In Australia, the government actually sends people to check on houses with newborn, make sure no pillows in baby cots, mother is not sleeping next to the child to avoid it from happening.

Guys, is sex during first few weeks of pregnancy completely safe for the baby (which would be just the size of lentil at that time, before heart is even formed)?

it is safe i guess. most people actually dont know they are pregnant till after those first few weeks passed already . she might experience a bit of bleeding though. but best to avoid it. we didnt even know my wife was expecting till like 4-5 weeks. we were on holiday. snorkeling running around bangkok and phuket ahaha. all ok.

We just discovered about the pregnancy two weeks ago. Last night ultrasound, doc said pregnancy age is plus minus 6 weeks. In two weeks time, should be able to see the heart.

Man this whole thing is very new.

Before this see my friends/relatives got married and have kids I was like oh okay that's how life is.

Now that it's happening to me, it's quite something to experience.
