did u ask about AS1M new passbook?

are the system ready?  hmm.gif

No. I didn't ask.
Only asked about opening accounts and availability to top up ASW fund & staff offered to change ASW passbook if I have time. Feel like striking lottery once he said it's available. Just wish I have more cash today.

Today, luckily carry cash as I have no acct in Affin & too late to transfer from HLB to MB. Plan to transfer some funds from HLB to MB later and just transact via CASA. Luckily HLB to MB only few steps away and counter staff looks more approachable today after my last few attempts.
Hopefully will get lucky on coming days too. biggrin.gif

Few steps away and you want to transfer? Just withdraw cash from HLB and bring it to Maybank. The power of cash. rclxm9.gif

Was in out 2x, am & pm with cash, 3 banks.
Lucky able to strike today. If not, must carry and walk back home with it and retry again. Will be doing few trips in out both banks incoming weeks to top up max. If only 1 or 2x transaction per mth, I'm ok to carry cash with my worn out shopping bag.
But for now, better think twice. I hardly go to banks unless to renew fd as everything is online.

I will stick to MB as much as possible as it's 3-5mins walk from my home and can leave cash in account if no unit available.

Guys if my parents invested in ASN Gemilang - Kesihatan, and lets say 10 years later if I want to take out money can I take it out? I scared it is only for health purposes, sort of like an insurance.
*
lol it's UT leh.

u can take out anytime u want too..

and it's don't needed reason.

ASG- Kesihatan is juz the name. nothing related to insurance or health. biggrin.gif

hahahah thank you leh. Because the name scares me. I thought my parents invest in ASG Kesihatan for health purposes. Sort of like a health insurance.

Why they name it "ASG - Kesihatan"  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif Sounds like an insurance plan
*
well each ASG have their own objectives.

education, medical & retirement

but to withdraw don't needed any reason & lock-up period like insurance biggrin.gif
