do u think it can still drop? the PE is so low already. It's undervalued.

Against current pe may be low but unnecessary for forward pe. for reasons, why price at this level.

should I enter TG to grab the nice dividends?

QUOTE(anakMY @ Mar 9 2021, 02:45 PM)
but this current price is considered quite low already isnt it. Thinking whether to get some to reap the dividends.

hello.

before you enter, you can consider this opinion.

if you want to do investing, you need to be prepared in term of mentality, plan and fund allocation to do what EPF is doing right now but at a much smaller scale depends on your funds that you want to invest in.

if not, you will have nightmare and can't sleep well when you see your stock keep dropping. No kidding. A lot of my friends even after I told them what to do, they never follow. Instead, they struggle during the "downtrend" process and can't sleep well. At the end, they cut loss at the lowest price and then the price rebound.

although this is a good lesson for them, but it's a nasty loss for them as well.

my 2 cent.

TG result probably an indicator that profit margin reached peak... no more surprise... I think 15b cash post covid is pretty hard considering 70% dividends as promised.

Over 300 millions of vaccine doses have been administrated worldwide and number is rising. covax will provide 2 billions doses by the end of the year.

if vaccination proceed as planned, could expect u.s and e.u to declare pandemic under controlled in q3/21 i.e asp waterfall.

Dont be fooled by the PE, if future earnings can’t catch up, the PE will increase without the share price increasing. I’m more attracted to the amount of cash they’re holding. It could mean business expansion/R&D like Harta. It could mean a big chunk of special dividends that “might” make up for a potential loss in capital. Anyways it’s all just speculation now.

Malaysian glove makers are ‘too cheap to ignore’ after recent fall in share price, analyst says

...

at 4.44pm, there was a lot of pushing down on TG price... from 5.18 to 5.10-5.11.

i was too slow, tried to catch 5.11, failed.

4.45pm onwards, likely same party started to gobble up all the way to 5.19, buying 0.5mil shares at 5.19 itself.

shorties, sharks, whales, dragons... beware! laugh.gif

Like the Cantonese’s saying, god also is you, ghost also is you. One second the professional analysts say it’s overvalued faster sell, now they say it’s unjustified faster buy more. A dangerous game for retailers.

Anyway guys, what do you think of Kpower at its current price point? Is it still overvalued?

What would be the ideal price you’d start accumulating Kpower? Any input is welcomed!

Seriously, RM3.50 is too cheap to ignore la laugh.gif

unless china manage to build 300 factories within 3 years to compete with Malaysians gloves, and start dumping war

even so, they will also lose out in efficiency and cost

we've thru all these before... ntirile supply, intco, sri trang, USA-DPA, etc., etc.

too tired to go thru it again. tongue.gif

glove are boring... i think there is little love left for it in bursa.

just buy and keep for dividends... and maybe for covid22, covid25..?

if not, better buy banks, tech, o&g which are sexier.

u probably wanna read this:

.. nitrile glove ASP incr 30% QoQ
.. natural latex glove ASP incr 14% QoQ
.. vinyl gloves ASP incr 28% QoQ

couldn't make more PAT due to shutdown in meru, shortage of containers.

more stuff if u wanna read (and if u dun hate gloves or i3! laugh.gif ).
https://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/forum/800001345.jsp

the time for ASP decline will come... but perhaps, just perhaps, they won't fall off a cliff.

that's the fierce point of contention, isn't it?

well, who knows... even nostradamus probably didn't see that in his visions. tongue.gif

at least until i read falling ASP in the QRs, not from anyone else.

also, EPF continues to buy TG on mar 4.
