mas also have similar or more flight route and license.

Personally I prefer MAS more than Airasia. AA ticket is not really cheap unless u managed to buy during promo period. MAS is providing the best deal (luggage 25-30kg+, food and unlimited drink) for the ticket fee they charged. But too bad they can’t manage the company well

aax is for longer flying time route. airasia is mainly domestic and south east asia. i dont think domestic flight is profitable, the foreign tourist incline to fly numerous times when they come to this region, especially among thailand msia indonesia spore because airasia is pretty cheap to them. without the foreign tourist or border remain close, i suppose aa cant survive. not sure how is the response of their unlimited pass launch recently, but at least they work very hard to make money, by hook or by crook.

QUOTE(LoTek @ Mar 9 2021, 01:28 PM)
Aax is like a scam (for shareholders), they dump all the non profitable routes there. I might be wrong but I noticed before covid, many china flights, and hk of course, are still under AA and they are expensive PROFITABLE flights, mostly from lack of competition.
*
aax business model is unprofitable and unsustainable. unlikely to survive at current form.

I overheard more and more of my colleagues(new to investments) want to hoot Bursa for investment. Is it a sign that we need to pull out soon? The  Daily Trading Participation really quite alarming as both foreign & local institutions disposal and retailers to pick up? are we & global really in "recovery" phase a? Especially to those plan to withdraw Isinar for the investment?

will have to look at the details, the fine lines and footnotes.

what other inc, what other costs, donations, fines, product mix... besides ASP.

with that, 4 last qtrs, earnings total rm0.95 per share.

so, trailing PER = 5.5.

In 2QFY2021, natural latex concentrate registering a 35% increase to an average of RM5.97/kg and nitrile latex going
up 114% to an average of USD2.14/kg year on year, following shortages in supply. However, average prices for nitrile
latex have been on the downtrend since the start of 2021, easing by 5% from January 2021 to March 2021, as supply
normalises.

This is not really comforting. Cost increasing, ASP easing. Many were expecting 3bil NP. hmm.gif

u read wrong - that was about raw materials, not gloves ASP.

it said raw nitrile price spiked and then down due to supply improved!

Glove gostan again.

Best revenue, profit & dividend ever, but probably now everyone knows it isn't sustainable.

Looks like I will be stuck in TS Lim's company for years to come. sweat.gif
