So lets see today if those shorted gloves on last Monday bought back today and whether they will short again on coming Monday. Hope not, due to the current lockdown and spike in cases sentiment

Unker from ceiling price of SPX & TG can become green now..... definitely need to learn from unker.....

I tried to sell & buy back but always burned myself........so i just tried average down everytime.....

I know its not an excuse but on 04 Jan, i'm actually driving back to KL from my hometown........So its too late for me to average down or sell and buy back..... But i just swallow whatever happened that day.....

feel like no mco announcement. Probably not yet, but Sabri did mention PM will announce more strict MCO and SOP.

Don't worry about it. We can't win them all. The stock market will always be there.

Think of investing whether in stocks, unit trusts, ASM, etc like brushing your teeth or driving a car. It is something that we should be doing for the next 30 or 40 years.

We don't want to be a one-hit wonder...the type of singer who is only famous for one particular song and then disappeared into oblivion. smile.gif

Why do you even bother to average down if you're not trader? Averaging down works for traders because of the massive drop from highest price which might prompt a technical recovery which then may let them exit with a small profit or loss. However if you're planning to invest long term, why do you bothered with the share price. A company with good management and cash flow will always make a comeback sooner or later.

Anybody checked the SBB of TG before this? All the losses might turn to profits already

TG... some major event here, reported by EPF.

EPF no longer a substantial shareholder since it now holds <5% after disposing 40mil shares (0.5%).

does it mean EPF lend 40mil shares to some fella... to short?

mercator +1.9% (+11% a day earlier)
sri trang +1.9%
intco +5.6%
