QUOTE(skty @ Jan 8 2021, 12:41 PM) got. I already say don't need to worry about RSS ma... not worrying at RSS.....just want to learn along the way and when the RSS/PSS reduced to minimum level like last month, the stock price at what level...those are good catalyst for price surge... there is no one can manipulate the price forever... no one can fight against free market... not even government... you can see those who can calculate the value of the business, will start coming in already as the margin of safety has surfaced. bare in mind there is only 4% quota for RSS. How long can they keep doing RSS before they concede to losses? there is no way to see they reduce the SS. We can only see it when SS happen. this need to have experience to see the way they do SS. Foreign and local fund managers big difference. |

QUOTE(MedElite23 @ Jan 8 2021, 12:44 PM) Hello uncle, I’m still holding tight tight with both ears closed to filter out the noises haha.. maybe some of us are talking less about it now because we’re tired of justifying our investment decision, time will tell if we’ve made the right decision, at the end we either earn money or learn experience glove haters hate it when u call them haters. Although they do hate it.On the side note, it does suck to see the division between glove holders vs glove haters vs side liners. I mean..if you don’t buy the story you don’t have to rub salt on ppl’s wound, apparently that’s what some people like to do..deriving joy from seeing ppl lose money |

We have CIMB and TA Securities already valuing based on FY22 numbers already, which isn't surprising considering the next quarter, TG is already reporting its Q2 FY 2021 numbers already.
Now the numbers used in the table are from TG's own table... ![]() Now using the fy 2022 estimates profits from TG table, we have the following table.... NOSH used here is 8.2 billion shares ![]() so for example... IF we think/assume the boys/gals from CLSA has always the most consistent/most fair estimates then using CSLA estimate profit of 4.135 billion will equate to an eps of 50.43 sen. Now we can use the table ... maybe in the following way... 1. Now if we think TG should trade based on a 17x PE, then based on CLSA numbers, TG should be worth ..... 6.05 2. Or if we say... we wanna go fishing ... we think a 10x fy21 eps is a good fising price... then we should fish TG when it's around 5.00 as suggested by the table.... 3. Or based on current price ... we want to know based on fy 22 eps, what's the current PE? well, the table suggests 11.9x .. 4. Fart this nonsense table.... now is 2021.... TG should be valued based on 2021 numbers. *** bookmark TG FY21 estimate tables *** ChAOoz .... comments? This post has been edited by Boon3: Jan 8 2021, 06:51 PM |

QUOTE(Sherman Kong @ Jan 8 2021, 01:28 PM) QUOTE Short selling is a fairly simple concept—an investor borrows a stock, sells the stock, and then buys the stock back to return it to the lender. Short sellers are betting that the stock they sell will drop in price. Which part of this paragraph do you not understand? |
