rental 7500 x 12 = 90 K / 2m = 4.5% p.a
loan 4.5% p.a. (assuming s.a. is right, and there is no vacancy).

2M = 670K sgd. why don't buy in singapore instead?
for eg auralis, 1 bedder. 670k. rent 1800-2k. interest 1.9%.
tell your singapore friend he don't know what is meant by vacancy till he try to do msia condo rental.
in msia if your condo 300k rm, rental 1300rm, yah, no vacancy.
condo 2m RM, 7500rm rental... you think got vacancy or not??
