Aria Residence just handover key saje. i read from the e-brochure online :https://ariaresidence.com.my/en/e-brochure-2/ theres mix and match style for type A & B, might be due to fengshui direction issue? good part is price very reasonable for this location somemore is freehold. mane cari sekarang?  https://ariaresidence.com.my/en/price-chart...xury-residence/per sqft price still acceptable and below market  location wise not so traffic congested. self stay owner can considerate. else investment purpose recommended for stonor 3. |

was checking this thread and found some said 90% sold since 2017. now at 2021 seems like developer still got 90%. was doing some shopping i think aria seems good compare surrounding. whats wrong after 4 years the sales doesnt move.
