No doubt is very common in KL nowadays leasehold.
But if i would have the choice. And is very close for both property.

Anyway, booked my unit at aria.

Actually, only a standard 10% rebates off the selling price and free SPA and loan agreement.

My unit is the 630sf for investment as I do t stay in Malaysia anymore.
