I ask them why chose stay far away here at Bukit Puchong? They said they prefer stay landed. Cheap and big here. Not sure they buy or rent. But if rent very cheap for them. Buy also I think can only buy strata title landed only. Lucky driving here also same same no different right driver seat. Only local driving attitudes abit jialat.

Its true cost of living here is much lower. I on the other hand had no choice but to stay here in kl because mrs is malaysian. The older ozs who are looking for retirement usually prefer somewhere quiet and peaceful.

I c, kalau Ini Macam. Better use your wife as a local here for advantage to get a landed property here at Puchong, serdang, seri kembangan, Cheras or kajang area.

Landed always sibeh good choice. Getting rare in klang valley. Condo here very jialat in long run.

Do research lor. Even good area also got dead spot geh. Those areas still can find some ok and affordable price landed geh. No need go until jialat kao far far away to semenyih or seremban there geh.

I got my eyes fixed for landed in bmc. One thing hold me back is i dont know how long am gonna stay in malaysia because relationship with wifey is rocky at best.

I been folliwing lyn since last year and only last month lowyat forum accept new member. So i am getting to know kv propeties slowly.

If i am allowed to purchase properties under my own name, i would go for lelong. Some newly vped properties in greater cheras/balakong are quite attractive with price psf around 300.

At that price, it must be approaching replacement cost

Ohhh... ahem..

BMC area really not bad geh. Near Cheras (BMC consider part of Cheras south?), a Chinese majority area, also mean more freedom, cheap food, roast pork ,char siew, wanton, dim sum and variety food choices and manyak nice Chinese kopitiam, can have a nice chinese local kopi.. during morning time sibeh syoik.👍👍

Also if not wrong.. plenty landed there are fenced and guarded, especially new 1.

Only cons is the access there.. hard to get out from there. Want easy access need pay toll. If most of your time stay within the BMC and SL areas... really nice to stay geh.

hmmm.... part of reconciliation process is to acknowledge problem existed. Furthermore we are strangers and even we r not, problematic marriages are more common than most ppl think. some just hide it under a closet.

during morning rush hour traffic is bad due to the traffic light toward cheras kajang highway but for me that kind of traffic is light cuz i used to live in jakarta. and yes plenty of food varieties here and close by in balakong got ba kut teh and c 180 is 15 mins away.

imo, the location is quite strategic close to city centre, and when ekve open traffic flow would be better.
