Diversify fr singa prop market into malai with soften rm is not a bad idea. But putting the bet on 1 sibeh expensive prop is nvr a gd move.

Split to 3 portions in psf maybe u can get 3 diff props at 3 diff locs maybe a beta hoot.

Eg. 1 musang cos u xxx. Maybe Dx + Dy + Dz = musang. Trophy buy or rental play. Got a bit of diff wan.

Actually if wan klcc there r few vely gd wan. Not necessarily get the overpriced wan.

Apart fr klcc there r plenty of nice condo not far away.
