Smallest unit 630sf and largest unit 1502sf. Average price per sf is around 1700-1800sf. Price is quite steep... do you think it will be a good buy for investment?

Interesting how little information is available here. I wonder if this property is targeted towards foreign investors. There has been a couple of workshops organised in HK for this property.

Yes. I'm based in Hong Kong and I know the project is also marketed in Taiwan. Has it been officially launched in KL?

Hap seng Sibeh cash rich. Build then sell also no problem.

To check their track record on high end development can go check out recent vp horizon residence. Along Jalan tun razak next to rhb tower. My friend unit so far so good no complaint. The Golf view is nice.

It is still in pre-launch stage. Only certain units at certain floors are released for advance booking. But the showroom is completed. If you guys need more info, let me know.
