depends if you wana go for the incentive or u not.
if incentives (the colored block), then its 55% (Tier2) / 75% (Tier1) must be picked up at CSA
if you duncare at all. then just drive lor wherever you at.

one of my referrals just started monday, up to date (3 days) he got about rm300+, hes a partimer as well.

Sadly, nope. Service only available in Ipoh, Penang, Kl and Johor. Unless if you live in one of those state and going to the destination that you stated above

driving uber has worse income than normal taxi driver, its only suitable for those who unable to calculate the true p&l and risk.

ts's 16 hours to earn RM100 assuming petrol/maintenance is half of RM200 gross profit. and bearing the occupational risk and driving hazard, even the old school taxi drivers are laughing at uber drivers because they enjoy way better incentives than you.

uber drivers dont get paid for tolls, internet data, car maintenance, journey to pick up passenger, journey back home, no subsidy for ngv if install own cost, no fringe benefits, healthcare, saman, no EPF, no SOCSO, pay own insurance, risk getting caught and car confiscated etc.

its worse than working as a promoter who gets RM10/hour NETT for 16 hours work its RM160, those who can't do the maths will drive uber.

if you like to be abused, drive uber, the worse employer in town, who is not even an employer actually, because when u get into shit, u are only a digit to them.

110% agree with you. I had the experience with uber support and they dont care shit about partners. Responds are standard SOP (e.g:Uber Support:I am also glad to say that the customers had given many wonderful lines of feedback for you. I really appreciate your professionalism that you want to give better service to the customer. Uber take pride in having valuable partner-driver like you.

In the meanwhile, Uber highly values the feedback of its partners and we take what you're saying very seriously. As a growing company, we are constantly seeking ways to better enhance the Uber experience from driver's perspectives.

We appreciate your thoughtfulness and taking the time to write to us. We will evaluate your feedback internally.) Recieved this type of respond 3 times where they just copy and paste. What they care is the rider satisfaction. Partners are just like garbage, they come and go.

We are just like a contractor and they will say they only manage the app and any shit is the Contractors fault!

Saturday block is 11-2, 4-8 and 9-3am
Sunday block is 10-9pm
based on my experience, start earlier.. 8am-12pm (break for awhile) then continue from 4-8pm
why start earlier? as you might catch people going to KLIA in the morning.
also depending where you at.

my referral as up yesterday. he got about close to rm400.
hes a partimer. doing daily from 4pm to 8pm (average bout rm100 a day)

UBER Penang slash price and no minimum fare. Penang partner still can survive???

https://newsroom.uber.com/malaysia/penanganniversary/

Penang we've loved being in this city for ONE year now! And to celebrate, we've slashed prices by up to 20% - there's NO MORE minimum fare.

And we’ve loved being part of how the city moves. To celebrate, we’re making it more affordable to ride with EVEN LOWER FARES!

Starting today, for one month, Uber is now up to 20% cheaper – and with no minimum fares – there’s no better time to start riding and exploring the city!
