I recently stumbled at an article that now Baker Hughes is venture into downstream industrial for refineries particularly on corrosion solution (NACE). Do you guys have any idea which division is this in Baker Hughes? Does they already spread their wings at Malaysia O&G downstream?

Metallurgy fags is at advantage for this new division at Baker Hughes.

Is it? Saudi never reduce outputs, Russia still continues to pump, Iran gets green to open valve fully, while Kuwait are doing mid year offers.
China just landed softly as what Mr. lee said 1-2 days back.
Will O&G rise soon? Sure will, in this Lowyat forum rclxs0.gif

Even if it goes to $50 I don't think companies will change their operations strategy that much. This low oil price was like a wake up call.

Yup. It took Petronas years to raise their KPBI from USD18 dollars to US25 (even when the price was averaging 40 bucks at the time) and another couple of years to raise it to 40 when it was averaging 60 bucks.

The 30 bucks KPBI is here for a long time folks

Fresh SPM. Sini apply. Senang nak masuk O&G marine related project in the future especially for floater conversion project or even on O&M prospect at FSO/FPSO etc

I used to attend the interview at 2001 and I failed very bad hahahaha

Haha, interview with their Construction Manager (Japanese) for about 20-30 minutes only.
Even their HR pun tak pasti what criteria this Japanese looking for.
More than 2-3 months looking for suitable candidate for this role.
My friend pun failed interview with them.
50/50 for me, didnt put high hope for this role.
