This for UOB VOX
"Monthly fee of RM 6 is waived with just 1 swipe a month"

Is this based on Calendar Month or Statement Month ?
*
QUOTE(fruitie @ May 10 2016, 10:44 AM)
Nobody could confirm, some got charged based on calendar month, some got charged based on statement month. I heard it is easily waived.

Nevertheless, for the whole last month I only spent once before my statement month and until now I still haven't got charged anything under unbilled transactions. Let's see if I will be charged with something in my statement which will be out in 2-3 days.
*
i think based on statement month.

i got charged RM6+RM0.36 GST exactly on statement day. days before, there were no unbilled charges. it just "dropped" the bomb when statement gets generated laugh.gif

next call, called and UOB CS waived it immediately, reflected in unbilled statement too.

Yeah, I also suspected it will appear straight on statement. Anyway, it is a good testing for me. Since it is approaching my statement date, I will hold on my purchases first and I will get another 30+20 days. innocent.gif

Assuming that I submit my application for UOB VOX Card today, normally how long does it take for the application to be approved and the card to be sent to my home? Around 3 weeks or so?
*
from application to card received... 23 days... they send their cards via snail mail.

No fixed date, it is supposedly in by end of following month, so 30th June. If get it earlier then lucky, if beyond 30th, I will complain again.

Usually will be waived after you started using it. This is the case for first year, no worries. smile.gif

How do you manage to waive the monthly fee of RM 6.36? Using the classical reason that you are going to cancel the VOX card? tongue.gif
