According to UOB website, ONE card enjoy 2% (weekday) and 5% (weekend) cash rebate at GSC. Does it mean that this is only applicable over counter?

Apply uob vox on 20 jan via branch agent, called uob around 27/28 jan and still not in system.
Called agent and she said already submitted, need to have around 2 weeks processing time.

3rd feb agent inform me that my application returned because of IC not clear and ask me to send her IC via email and she help me submit again and i have to wait another 2 weeks processing time again. Somemore CNY is around the timing. I wonder when I can have some verification call from uob for some proceess on my application.

Is it normal that uob new application processing time take so much time?

Seems like apply via online have better processing time.
All document are submitted via email during the process, right?

I would like to apply for VOX. Which would be the fastest way to get it approved? Send to bank HQ or go to the booth?

5% can be anytime between end to early of the month. on statement date should be the 0.3%

Are you sure that is 5%? It is the 0.3% cash back.
Also, for 5% cash back should be posted by end of following month, it is just that it is always delayed by UOB.

how come my UOB VOX CR date is 28 March in my statement now, it comes before end of month? because around 7-8 March just got one RM50 max out (that most of us complaint late)

my statement date for uob vox ccard is on 25th every month, means i only have 5/6 days to enjoy the cash rebate?

2% is 1 time charges only right and only on 1st instalment?

e.g

bought 1k item..so 2% is 20...
1st month shud be 1000/6 + rm20
2nd month shud be 1000/6 only right??

I supposed it is legit, just that probably it is a travel agency no. Something like UOB collaborated with this agency.
