Have you created an iFlix account? If not, create one and then try login using it on STB.

i am facing the same problem.

it asked me to enter my iflix username & password, which i entered.
but then it said, oooppss, wrong username or password entered. please try again.

but when i enter the details using my PC or my smartphone or Ipad, iflix works fine.

what is seemed to be the problem?

Could be the device or app of iFlix's servers.. My money is on the app - device compatibility.

3) today, just try install iflix back on my iPhone, login then i can watch movies and tv shows....

question: I'm not unifi user, I don't have any internet hotspot in my home, everything from my iPhone internet, youtube, hotspot end etc. Why am I still get iflix subscribe for free? Then I don't need to buy to subscribe?

likely your 2016 subscription was extended foc to dec 2017, like unifi users.

my subscription till 1/12/17 only. As what I read is till 31/12/17, anyone has any idea? how do we extend it for free?

we'll just wait n see. maybe all auto renew free for 2018.

just checked... iflix extended to 1 july 2018 with new unifi contract.

Probably waiting for a payday. Netflix and the likes really hit them hard.

iflix is only vod - gets beaten left right and center by everyone, incl boxes.

they really have nothing to offer.

hence, even free... few people watch!

I just get the Mi Box last week and I do install the iFlix from the Android TV Playstore since it already have Android TV version and so far it is working perfectly without any issue.

For now only web browser can watch iflix HD content.

Yup, me too.
Just, not too sure if it's HD or SD, cause can't really differentiate the quality with netflix.
Or maybe just my network issue

I believe it is HD but no way near the quality of Netflix. But still far better than Astro Go.

iflix good meh? almost all movies not available, only died out films

Licensing the really good stuff ain't cheap.. Same with creating original content the way Netflix has lately.. Netflix got cash to burn. iFlix allowed me to watch the first season of Black Sails, I remember last year, i think they had exclusive rights to the show being streamed online.

p4n6 already mentioned got Android TV version on May 25 2017, 10:01 AM. Lol.

iflix app ver 2.40 got chromecast support.

Previously, ver 2.39 don't have chromecast logo.
Finally, they fix that bug in latest update.

Btw, enjoy watching The Magicians S3 on iflix.
