Usually  a cold power boot should clear the TV's cache. For example, on my TV.. It's Power off and unplug the power cable.. While unplugged, I press the power button behind the TV or on the remote (pointed to TV) for a few seconds. Stop, plug power cable back and switch on. Doing this plus a Modem-router reboot usually clears up any major issues.

Not all boxes.. You see Netflix allows FHD or UHD on ONLY certified devices. Like the Nvidia Shield, latest MiBox Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, etc. These guys are officially certified by Netflix and are allowed by Netflix's servers to stream at maximum, depending on internet speeds and Netflix plan. All other non-certified devices are limited to 480p and stereo sound.

Thanks for the info. Poor to my hi media q10 pro. wink.gif The only way to stream 4K should be using my LG TV and arc HDMI sound to amplifier then.

You are welcome.. Yep, that's how most of us get full res and surround sound, by using the TV's app. In fact, It's exactly how I enjoy Netflix, same with YouTube and I prefer it this way... because the TV offers a very easy to navigate UI for playback and doesn't require having to power on the external device. This allows to get the best of both worlds. Use an external device for other needs the TV can't handle.

Justified, Suits, White Collar, Fairly Legal, Body of Proof, CSIs, Criminal Minds. I used to have Astro but now no so I'm not that up to date with the latest hit TV shows.

I'm a big fan of Christian Bale. So are the Batman films available on Netflix Malaysia? Big fan of Michael Fassbender. So are X-Men films and Assassin's Creed available? Also like Chris Hemsworth, Keanu Reeves, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lawrence to name a few.

Netflix doesn't use "vouchers".. Theirs is Gift Cards and aren't officially available in Malaysia. Google where to get Netflix Gift Cards.. Alternatively, you could search for individuals willing to share an account. So you both (or 4) use the same login info and split the monthly payments. As usual, risks involved.
