Lol. My stance is to ignore those jokers as we are here not to boost their popularity or increase their post counts.

Dear my EM neighbours, to be fair you may not want to hear only one sided story from the developer. Similarly, the accusations from some jokers cannot be 100% taken into account too. So, there are ways to get things cleared or resolved eg meeting up for clarification / queries and make own judgement then from the info gathered. You may also want to get your friends who are the expert in the subject matters to advise accordingly. I did it and what's the outcome - you should have known by reading my responses. Comments on certain aspects eg financials show how shallow the knowledge or ignorant it is.

Btw, for the benefits of those who did not manage to meet up with EM/EW last year it was explained by them that it's their practice that for those parts that they have inspected and decided that a rework / rectification required there will be a red paint marked nearby.

Everyday we learn new thing. Today I learn one too ie the technique to cheat post count - repeating (goreng) the old story again and again and again

Went to the Joey Yap's Fengshui talk this afternoon at the Sales Gallery @ Eco Majestic. As expected Fengshui talk always draws huge crowd of audience. I'm not a big fan of Fengshui but the session is quite entertaining.

Bro, Flower Show is from 13/2 to 6/3 with different theme for each week as shared in my earlier post.

Booking fee I guess shall be RM10k. One name is only entitled for one unit so you can't sapu en bloc or few rows

For Harmoni (which will be launched after Karisma) the details is also in the same brochure of Karisma.

Yup Harmoni is similar (like twins ) to Karisma but with bigger built up and diff layout.

I interpret your statement as you will still consider Karisma even though the size is similar as D'Cassia so long as the location of that particular unit is not that bad.

For that I'm not too sure (though I presume EM should have considered about that) Need to find out.
