I reiterate my points for the very last time... I always make it clear that early phase is expected to have more investors / flippers due to lower entry points. But it's also naive / not so realistic to expect high occupancy in just a month or two after the vp for a new township. Even my current house took me quite some time to move in after vp as time needed for rectification of defects, planning for renovation etc.
Whatever you bet, it's up to you. You think Semenyih is a ghost town - it's fine so long as you are happy with your view. I think we have voiced out our thought. I'm not going to make further debate as I believe there will be no end to it and highly likely it will turn into trolling - not in this thread pls.
