most likely , heard (SA) that the EM 1st  Grand entrance will be ready (Gentlebre) somewhere in April 2016. :clap

As advise, I called EM today and did a phone registration with them.
Was told this is a registration of interest only, and will have another round of registration when open for booking.

Was told both, Karisma and Harmoni will be open for booking maybe this month end but might change as it is too close to CNY.
Notification will come via SMS so keep your phones fully charged 

He also ask about my preference for parking either open parking side by side or covered parking.
Of course I prefer covered parking. He did mentioned that covered parking units may have additional premium to pay. Amount not confirm.
I feedback that for open parking, at least should give awning cover so that during hot weather and raining season, the car is at least shielded.
Also there should be proper lighting and maybe some trees / landscaping on the open car park as we are paying a premium over the SEH units.
Should have some value added.

Hope EM will take these into consideration.

THere is no such thing as random CONQUAS such as random ISO9001. It is either YOU DO IT or YOU DONT. It will appy to selected parcels only. On how they carry out it? I dont have such details with me.

Anyone know how many or what are the hospital / medical center available in Kajang & Semenyih? Be it public or private.

Ew pricing is normally already higher than their neigbour.

When huge rebate given, developer will get sabotage by bad material/bad workmanship.
When no rebate, developer will get tease suicidal act.

Btw, mellowood launched during ewc month with 5% rebate, whats the rebate now, anyone can enlighten ?

I believe they are trying to be fair with everyone.
