Now i would also like to comment that it was well worth the effort to go early morning on 20th Feb to get your unit selection number. If you notice, Block 1 was the most favorable block and half of it was allocated to staff.
If i didn't go early to get my unit selection number, I would have ended up having to choose a unit from Block 2 and most probably ended up choosing a unit facing the car park and HTC. If lucky also maybe ended up choosing an intermediate unit.

So going early to have a chance to secure your prefer unit matters (at least to me) unless you don't care about these things.

So it means it won't happened in future if BR may cause total interest rise to 7%? I just worried if the rate will hike up in future if choose BR. I ask other bankers too on the question "Will BR rate maybe rise a lot in future?" and answer from them is "Not certain. There is no guarantee that BR rate always maintain as if now". Hmm...in dilemma to choose. So many choices.

Hi Cherry, how come your loan legal fees only rm 4500?MBB agent told me total is rm 7k include all the admin fee and etc.After the real calculation will only deduct bout 1k that will exclude from interest calculation.
