Yes you can but to be safe, I'd prefer walk in to any nearest branch fill up the cancellation form for proof.

I use the card for easi-pay for my insurance every month,
does this count as one swipe ?

you've read somewhere and confirm you've read before someone manage to pay sspn via pbvs?

I was looking for online payment channel via cc early this year too, but failed to find any. Only can swipe at counter. Call CS before also getting negative answer.

How long do we receive the email confirmation?

I just made a payment for MBPJ cukai pintu (~8:30am) until now no confirmation on status...Do they inform on the same day or following day?
