I tried to register PBE online, but failed with the message below, how to resolve it? I already emailed to PBB.

Just called PBB to check, my VS is approved . Now just waiting for them to call me for card collection.

I am wondering, how do I activate pin number for pbb cards? Is it like MBB where I go to the branch to do it?

How would they know my PIN? I got my PB Visa Infinite last month, but I forgot the ask the branch. I did not enter any PINs. Now that I am getting the VS soon, shall I go to branch to do this?

do you guys wait before it says successful? or when checking at history is already successful? or it says pending, then u click check status it says successful or not?

mine says pending, then when i click status it changes to unsuccessful.

Guys, have you received your CC statement? Mine is on the 11th and I have yet to receive it. This is my first statement

I have received my e-statement for Feb. You may need to wait for Mar statement because my first statement was a full statement month cycle 11th to 11th plus the days before the first month's 11th.

For eg. if your card was approved in 1 Feb 2016, you will receive your statement in Mar for the period of 1 Feb - 11 Feb - 11 Mar.

I have an answer after calling the CS. Apparently, you have to link your card to the estatement via your online banking. Once you have linked your card, you can download the estatement (from next statement onwards)

What happen if credit balance for card is let's say RM0 , then we get the RM88 cash back? Can we have a RM88 positive balance in credit card balance?

If I pay using UOB payonline and choose pay now, how do I know the payment has been processed? Do we received SMS or email confirmation?
