Anybody here is participating “PB Debit Card 20% Cash Back for Government Related Transactions” and won CB for Nov2015 (9. The 20% Cash Back will be credited into Cardmembers’ account within six (6) – eight (8) weeks after the eligible Government Related transactions)?

The "third party agencies" in T&C 4. The following persons are excluded from participating this campaign:- Cardmember(s) who pay via pbebank online and third party agencies. refer to paying govt bills thru UOBPayonline, POSonline, M2U?

Can only pay thru GOvt Dept's own portals if any or thru counter?

If considered as bill payment then it is excluded. Normally transaction date is used.

Since bill payment and utilities are ruled out, less people interested. MOreover the allocated winnings are too little, and capped at rm100 per month rather than per week.

I think most if not all payments thru UOBpayonline have mcc code 4814, which is online bill payment. According to 2 PBB CSs I consulted this code is not eligible for the Premiercards campaign but they could be wrong. For me I avoid them.

For me I am greedier, m using CIMB CB for paying bills at Sams to get upto 12% CB, n online purchases using PBB VS for this campaign since it was confirmed FCFS.

I always buy from local sites like Groupon, Lazada, Rakuten and recently GemFive and 11Street so no problem with timezone.

CIMB CB Platinum. U get a rm10 voucher for every rm100 spent n 2% CB from the card. U also get points with membercard.

ya, and PBB's PremierCards campaign ends earlier on 14-3-16.

For a new PBB VS supp card with separate statement, can one open an online account for tracking purpose without any banking accounts with PBB?

How do u know as PBB has not awarded the week9-13 CB of the Everyswipe campaign, has it?

PBB has been reducing their rate of CB which is why the comments. Last year MBB was giving 100%, then a number of banks were offering 20 to 30%. Of course 10% is still better than nothing.
But I wonder what type of people wants less? Definate not those with the right mind.

For everyswipe trx exclude utility so tnb waterbills out but paying them thru uobpay got d mcc 4814 ie bill payment. Some got CB cos of this loophole. Premium cards campaign add on exclusion for bill payment which I thought excl all trx thru uobpay n also mobilebills cos mcc is 4814.

The delay in awarding CB for every swipe could probably be this loophole cos PBB has earlier allowed them n halfway thru disallowed them?

These nonstop campaigns from PBB are keeping d cardmembers active n frustrated cos of the overlapping periods.
