Not sure if card holders can go in one shot though since lamode mention to use on 3 separate occasions.

Complimentary Access to Plaza Premium Lounge Malaysia
3x complimentary access to any Malaysia Plaza Premium Lounge in a calendar year (combined Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers). Subsequent access is chargeable at walk-in rate.

well, if you have 1 x principal card + 2 x sub cards, i suppose 3 ppl can go in together one shot.
