Cukai tanah might need to use Posonline but need to pay 2% service charge

My Payment Due Date is on 22-02-2016

Does it means that I need to make the payment by today? Or tomorrow is still OK to make the payment?

I have spent some time looking for this but could not find the answer.

How can we pay SSPN via PBVS and get 6% cash back and then call Public Bank cs to convert it into 0% 12 mths installments?

The first part of how to pay via cc is what is the method of doing it? It should not be under UOB Payonline, counter and via PBE-banking. I cant seems to find how to pay online. Is it doing it via e-SSPN? (I think I need to register the account and try to deposit additional money with PBVS)

Second part should be easy as calling up the Public Bank customer service to convert isnt it?

From the first page, TM bill (Streamyx) can be paid using uob payonline for cb. I am wondering if anyone used TM's https://payment.tm.com.my/ directly to pay and received cb?
