Called CS today again re ebanking for supp card holder with separate statement.
Answer: Only possible if supp card holder has pbb saving/current acc to create internet banking. ie. supp card holder per se not deemed as PBB account holder so tak boleh create internet account. Principal card holders do not need CASA in PBB to create account. |

So when they remove the separate quota, we should press for the bank to merge both statements and combine the portal. Based on logic, we are getting separate quota because of separate statement. So if in future supp share the same quota, they should be able to merge it also. Else takkan they will calculate the rebate manually.Only way is for supp card holder to apply for CASA...then supp card holder can add supp card to the ebanking acct created using the CASA acct. leceh betul . |

If u don't need your supp card to have a separate statement, u can request to have them in one statement/acct. transactions for supp card are categorised separately , but in the same statement. Is this what you meant by "merging" the accounts? |
