I have supp spending last week which shows under 'All Cards Balance' but not on unbilled transactions. And the supp card doesn't appear on my online account. My supp doesn't have a public bank online account (yet), trying to avoid having to sign up for yet another account. Will be calling PBB CS now to ask, I guess.

Just received my Visa Platinum Islamic card. Applied for the sake of 3x PPL entry. Some question regarding the 3 Amazing Deals campaign as below. 1. 2pcs Luggage Bag (Valentino Creations) May I know what size of the luggage? Did anyone receive already? 2. RM50 Cash Back, 0% Balance Transfer Based on the t&c, this offer is for New to Bank Cardmember during campaign period (01Jan 2016 to 30Jun 2016). But when I download the BT application form and noticed it only applicable for cardmember approved from 01Jan 2016 to 30Apr 2016. Did anyone apply successfully after 30Apr 2016?

Is using AGODA to book hotel online qualify for the 6% cash back? I can't find this in first page online cash back category.

I switched from separate to combined due to the lack of visibility initially. Then switched back to separate after knowing the cb goodness. Got 3 supps. My favourite card so far!

Because when I use agoda.com Self Service by logging on to 'manage my bookings' to request "send me receipt", there are no such option in "manage my bookings" , therefore I've to request a receipt from Agoda.com by email. Then they told me ask for the receipt from the hotel directly.
