just called CS to find out MCC for an online transaction i made.
its 8299 Educational Services, i did not get TAC/OTP when i payment, it just went through successfully.

CS said i would get 6% rebate, can i trust them?

I remember having online transaction without OTP and received the CB too. Can't recall what was that transaction for.

Anyone tried aeroline.com.my for online transaction? got rebate?

Want to report two cases:

1) Book Hotel Thru Agoda with PVS last friday, although I chose pay now, they payment wasn't charged by Agoda, instead, received the sms from the PBB said that XXX Hotel has charge RMXXX, I am not sure whether this has become standard practice but I think I won't able to get 6% cash back from this transaction ~ Sad.

2) Try to pay IWK via postonline with PVS today, found no option for using credit card, does anyone has the experience?

I have a similar situation with yours on hotel booking, but not Agoda. I payed in full on a hotel's online booking website and also received an SMS that I was charged that amount. However, this hotel transaction was treated as non-online transaction and I missed this for the previous month's rebate quota. I'm planning to dispute this with PB's CS later on.

I've experienced this case before in Agoda. You won't get any PVS rebates or credit discount (pay through promotion url) for these hotels. Because some of the hotels listed in Agoda will have the payment collected directly by the vendor hotels. They will charge based on the cc details you entered after u confirm the booking at the site.

Tips: If you did not encounter prompt to key your address once u click book on the page, then the payment is collected by Agoda itself and entitled for PVS rebate or other promotions.

Nope, you can't avoid that. It's just to let u identify which hotel payment is collected by Agoda.

if ur supp card is different bill, then u need the supp card holder to register at public bank to view the supp cc statement

When I applied I asked for same bill though. I haven't had statement generated so not sure whether my statement has the supp spending, but I want to see transactions not just statement at end of month.

May I know whether MyEG road tax payment still entitled for 6% CB?

finally gotten cashback adjustment!

1) 05 June: Complaint sent to PBB CS via email. Thanks to sentry68's sample email here.
2) 08 June: Received email acknowledgement that they've forwarded my cash back request to the management for their consideration.
3) 13 June: Received "missed" cashback adjustment in PBB online banking.

michaelho, you might want to do the same. PBB seems to be accomodating to the request.
