I check both statement today, principle got CB, but supp don't have.

Should be 15 April

Received the Pin & Pay cards today, both principal and supp

Was it sent through snail mail or courier service? Any prior notification (call, sms etc) that your replacement cards were on the way?

Pos Laju, no one at home so they just place it at the post box . No prior notification.

I see...haha maybe I should give them a call to ask on the status of my replacement card. Thanks for your heads up!

So, is that true PBB stop the separate CB for supplementary card?
I thought to apply this week. If nop, I will not submit the application then.

You guys use Posonline or Payonline for utility bills such as Unifi, TNB, etc? Both also give 6%?

dont use posonline as there will be 2% fee of the paid amount and 6% gst ontop of the 2% amount

Finally they approved my card application! Just got the sms this morning

my supp told me they just received their CB last month.

But is the TOTAL CB Principal + Supplementary <RM50 ?

if split cb/statement, then the cb credited to supp account, right?

if combined cb/statement, then supp's cb should be credited back into principal's account?

all cards get its own RM50 max.

if split, yes, max RM50 to supp.

if combined, max RM50 for all cards combined.

any idea, if supp card holder does not have income (housewife/retired), can still split supp from principal?

supp card holder basically just need to submit IC copy. No income requirement.

didnt get my first stmt this month so called up and ask PBB . Told me for new cards they will only bill Apr & May spending in June. So I asked about the 6% rebates. She said will only be entitled to one time rebate of Rm50. Dang, I already fulfilled RM833 x 2 leh....

First time heard of such things . Anyone can shed some light ?
