Updated on 27/05/17: The cheapest is rm433k for 800sqft. But must remember that rm433k is inclusive the furnished package, and if you dont want it, they will deduct rm35k, so will be rm398k. Today i booked a 1045sqft non bumi lot, price rm520k. A bit expensive, because high floor, level 33. all lower floor was booked earlier. Dont want take furnished, so SPA price is rm485k, not bad for thousand sqft unit within the KL city center radius. Hope this move will success.

After went to the site yesterday, its actually very near to two SJKC chinese school. Also the access is very good, direct to the main road, easy to go to Jalan Istana and JalaN Tun Razak, and turn back to PLUS Hiway Seremban route. Impressed with the Sales Gallery and their show house unit. Personal opinion only, no interest at all. Tq

CP is free no need to pay monthly... monthly payment is for the maintenance...
