I just thinking, what different for this kind middle low cost appartments compare with RUMAHWIP. Cause now many Rumahwip 800 sf selling at $300k ++

I know. But 10 years time not so long, project progress time have been take 5 years. Then better buy RUMAHWIP right ?

high density isn't always a cons. it depends on your income group lor. if u think u are capable of buying a luxury property of course u will choose that. i also wish to own a home in bangsar or desa park but i'm not capable yet. it all depends on your capabilities. as for starters i think rc's price is pretty affordable. much better than pr1ma or selangorku homes.

what?! use polystyrene to cut cost ah? as i know colder countries they will put polystyrene in between walls as insulation but why do even need insulation in a tropical country.    it's crumbling and disintegrating. how can projects like this even be approved.
