121 shop office unit and right below 5748 residential units. Some more opposite to BM, I think is quite good for investment. *Just my personal opinion* nod.gif

Yes agree about the density. .price not sure. Bare in mind, what you see in the their showroom will be much different than the actual project. Moreover it's free maintenance for 5 years. This is the catch:they will only provide minimum cleaners, security, etc with a low price. Anything extra they will revoke the 5 years free and residents will have to pay more. They will also use your sinking fund to repair any defects instead of their own. But location is quite good for investment.
