Hi, im looking to change from umobile to other telco that offers great data quota like umobile but have better validity period.
Thought want to take Digi at first but they seems already raised the SLL. Maxis no longer offers 365 days. Celcom not sure how. Onexox data bit of expensive. Maybe someone can clarify. Really appreciate your suggestion. |

hi everyone,
I"m trying to decide between #Hotlink 365 versus Tunetalk for a year long validity plan. What do you guys think? I dont really care too much about coverage since I wont be using the sim card other than for the purpose of receiving TAC numbers and keeping the number alive. |

Try ONEXOX ... 1st time mnp to onexox will immediately get 28 months validity and every 1 year extension is RM25 only. Can stack your validity extension for any number of years if you have enough credits. |

Hotlink 365 is still available for the Bagus plan, and anyone who manages to get their Fast switched over. And IIRC, there's a promotion on Tunetalk's validity extension at RM10/year until end-June 2017. FYI,there is no plan which offers "great data quota"and "better validity period"at the same time unless you pay both. You can only have "one".Thought want to take Digi at first but they seems already raised the SLL. Thanks for the guide and all the taiko here. I am interested in Tron, so if I just top up RM10, the validity will last 365 days, all the call/sms/data (without pass) will be PAYU deducting from the top up until it finished. Anyone have any idea how much data will be consumed with average usage of Whatsapp? This is for my backup line with occasional usage.

Anyone have any idea how much data will be consumed with average usage of Whatsapp? This is for my backup line with occasional usage. Chatting without pics (lite usage) then the data amount is very little, usually less then 100KB per session. Pics and video can use anywhere between 20KB (smallest pic) to 20MB (long videos). To optimize pay-per-use on whatsapp you would want to keep all messaging within one session and be charged 10sen per session / per 1MB block. |

hello..i am looking to find telco with long life. will rarely use for calls, mainly use for lite whatsapp. looking at suggestions above, onexox seems a good option. does it have cheaper rates when making calls/SMS with celcom, since i read it rides on celcom line (?)
