I don't get how it's possible to use RM40 for a year to enjoy full year basic Internet.

79 transactions = *RM9.50 X 79
                      =  RM750.50
*every topup is RM9.50 ( RM10 - 50sen)

May I know how is possible to use only RM40?
Would really like to know & utilize your method.
Thanks!.

So Digi no longer offer SLL for Best 2016 and I was told by CS, those that manage to get it before March 1 will not be able to renew their SLL, Hotlink Bagus is not available for new Customers and Celcom has totally discontinued theirs also. So no main Telcos has 365 anymore?

Sifus,

My wife has been on U mobile Power Prepaid for approximately a year, RM10 top-up for 10 days validity (I think), and she has accumulated more than RM100 unused credit.

She is looking for alternative.
The RedOne prepaid caught her eyes, RM10 top up 30 days validity with 500MB free data per month.
But the dealer told her that RedOne Prepaid is not available for MNP. Is that true? If it is, then that is really no-go as she really want to keep her existing phone number.

Any other package that is comparable to RedOne Prepaid?
She is not keen on OneXOX as that does not come with data (charge as you use) (need to buy season pass data plan separately).

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Do you mean that this is done with Share-A-Top-Up with another number?
Transferring credit back & forth?
With total cost of only RM40 by doing this?

That's not true!
As far as I know, Maxis still has Validity 365 available. The Hotlink Bagus Plan, which offers Validity 90/365 is available upon request to #Hotlink.
Kindly read my thread on how to successfully request for Hotlink Bagus.

Oh really? That will be great! Cos I pm #Hotlink this morning asking to mnp from digi to hotlink and they told me it's not available to new users. And I check the thread, the last few post that Validity 365 are only for old users and not the new ones. Thanks so much Star Primo. I will try again tomorrow after reading your post ツ

what is the different package between Tron vs OneXOX?
Both look very cheap now for long validity.

Tron is base on Digi coverage while OneXOX is base on Celcom coverage?
Am I right?

Fact 1: The cheapest 1 year validity is TRON whereby a single topup of RM10 will give you 365 days validity.

Fact 2: The cheapest starter pack with longest validity is ONEXOX. Simpack RM10 + reload RM10 = RM20 total cost (to get 28 months initial validity).

Besides just validity, if coverage and call/sms/internet tariffs is to be considered please review the list below and check their respective websites:

1. Altel (celcom infra) : 1 year validity RM28
2. BuzzMe (Umobile infra) : 1 year - RM38
3. ONEXOX (celcom infra) : 1 year RM25
4. TRON (digi infra) : 1 year validity with any RM10 topup
5. Tunetalk (celcom infra) : 1 year validity RM28

good point thumbup.gif

another point to consider, pay per use

onexox doesn't have pay per use meaning no credit deduction if accidentally turn on mobile data

Tron has been around for many years already, just that the number of users seems to be very small. ohmy.gif

1. If your Digi is not Prepaid Best 2016 then SLL is still available at the moment.

2. TRON does not have international roaming.

3. If international roaming is required, I would use OneXOX for receiving only bank TACs ... If you need to reply to some bank confirmation sms then I would suggest Altel or Tunetalk. All three are using Celcom infra. All three have long validity.
