Oh, in case you are not aware, this card has a 'cross border fee' charge of 0.8% when you purchase online from a payment gateway that is not in Malaysia, i.e. Agoda. Just want to highlight to you now than facing the same surprise later like how I did.
*
Thanks for the reminder. I've been keeping up with the cross border thread and so far my first and only online transaction qoo10.my does not have this fee.

Based on same logic, all other merchants eg Tnb, Syabas, DBKL, MPSJ etc listed in UOB payonline also entitled for 5% rebate?
*
It seems like all this while payments through UOBPayOnline don't entitle not sure why this UniFi went through.

You guys can try.
*
So UniFi is definitely out for the 5% with CIMB CR, what about other bills mentioned above, MBSJ in particular?

Or is PB Visa Signature the way to go for online?

MBSJ also no for CIMB CR.

UOB VOX gives cash back if pay via UOBPayOnline.

it's OK now.

So... for the past many months i've been paying outstanding balance (i.e. AFTER the cash rebate). However for the month of January, i've been charged finance charges for not paying the full statement balance.

Oh well, other forummers beware... stick to paying statement balance shakehead.gif

28th of each month is the statement date.
17th or 18th of each month is the due date to make the payment or else interest charge will impose to your account.
