U should take a drive there and see for yrself. I guess KLK is not big in quantity as they are quite new in township development. But if the judges were to see the quality of work of Ixora, KLK might have a chance to be in the list next yr.

My first choice also last time. Security also one of the concerned, the area is open, no proper entrance, no fence and guard. Location is good, free hold, the area got potential. What a waste
