i called MDKS this morning internal renovation need apply with them too, need pay some fee about 300++ even internal renovation, but not sure if need neighbor approval. wah need apply from developer too mean need pay 2 deposit lol. more complicated than a condo.

like your case, if the nx door neighbour forever dont appear, mean u noneed to extend your kitchen?

is it...? haha... i only apply for the external reno.... wth... this also my first landed... seems quite naive... luckily i haven't start reno yet... just getting the applications done first...

it's very hot in BSC...without constant water the trees die quite fast..maybe the area is called batu arang for a reason..

i think this kind of tree generally more durable and no need constant taking care of... i do agree what you said... the whole area reli quite hot and humid... but luckily recent constantly rain...

hahah yea.... EG doing better advertising in term of awareness... i would say Hillpark only those who approach the agent only know where is it.... otherwise they tot its in kajang...

Actually it's very unfair to us to serve the interest during construction. Unless the extra interest that we pay will deduct from the loan interest of the entire tenure which I don't this is the case..

What to do, thats how it is. When the moment bank disburse the money to developer for progress work, u already owed the them and u need to pay interest. Unless our gomen put rules that all house that want to sell need to complete first and then can sell.

how many entrance we are going to have? it seems there wont be fencing on few roads. is that few we are going to have multiple entrance?
