Hi. Just saw this thread. Bought IXORA. Looking forward to moving in.

Type 2. A month ago.

I see that the buildimg of ixora is progressing so fast. They were flattening the small hill near the Tnb substation just now.
By the looks of it, the vp might be sooner than planned.

My sales agent told me 2 weeks ago that there were around 7 units only left. All were units along the main road..... the road where there's the guard house.
Then of and on there will be some units released because of loan rejection.
When I drove through the earlier precincts on Fri, it looks so dead.... many units in Duranta etc were put up for sub sale. Gives a very negative perception of the township.
If I had seen it earlier, I would have hesitated to purchase ixora. Nevertheless, I believe ixora is a good buy. Hope the majority of the units will be occupied and bring life to the whole township.

Are you gonna move in once vp or bought it as an investment?

Drove past ixora. They are placing the perimeter fencing and started the construction of a signage at the main road.

They were painting the manhole covers.

No sign at all.

May I know from where u got the news?

I called KLK office. They said the vp ia only in April. The earliest is March.

Not fighting.
I'm happy if it is sooner.

Ixora left only 2 corner units unsold.

The RA for BSC is already formed. I saw the list of committee members some where. I can't remember in which website / fb.

When I signed the spa, they already asked for RA membership fee of RM2k.

There will only be one entrance according to the plan. The fence has not been fully installed. But it will be eventually

The entrance near KIP mall is into BSC. But there is only one entrance to Ixora. Unlike Senna, which has 2 entrances.

I was shocked at the poor work quality of IJM at Shah Alam 2 at Puncak Alam. U should take a drive there and see for yrself.
I guess KLK is not big in quantity as they are quite new in township development.
But if the judges were to see the quality of work of Ixora, KLK might have a chance to be in the list next yr.

I'm taking a drive there today. Anybody wanna meet up? Would be there around 2 pm.
