The entrance near KIP mall is into BSC. But there is only one entrance to Ixora. Unlike Senna, which has 2 entrances.

According to SA it will be only 1 main entrance to Ixora..which is good i think

i plan find those contractor around that area only, play safe, find outside later runaway i cant chase him back, but we are force to used those contractor register with CIDB as per MDKS.

yeah... same applies to us.... still finding quotation... but generally the quotations wont run too much in this area... difference on the materials that they provide to u.. hahaha

i got this contractor contact, not sure reliable or not cant find any information on him, but he stay inside bandar seri coalfield

not bad also.... will contact him to find out about his quotation... actually finding diff quotation also very tiring... just that you dunno who to trust more... haha
