under the previous FnG concept (prior to 2013 strata title act)...developer usually will sell one unit of landed to the JMB for rm1.00 for them to use as office.....bcos there will be full time staff to manage the housing estate.

Our landed not under strata title act, checked with the developer. Cause it is under individual title unlike condo or other project like Eco World

I know BSC is not strata......

there is an RA now for 1st and 2nd phase.

1st phase RA has started security guard services last week.

there is no office for RA provided by KLK but KLK has been very supportive of the RA.

any residents of the 1st and 2nd phase are encouraged to register with the RA and support the RA with the monthly RM50 fee for security as that will go a long way to ensuring better better security of the area.

The RA for BSC is already formed. I saw the list of committee members some where. I can't remember in which website / fb.

When I signed the spa, they already asked for RA membership fee of RM2k.

That 2k paid is for security deposit. For ixora I don't think it is form at the moment.
2k paid is for ixora residences purposes, don't think it is share among other residences in BSC. Correct me if I am wrong

Agree with u, unless they pay back the interest which they won't. On the bright side, everyone has to commit to it from the beginning.

I cant recall that I need to pay anything during signing SPA..shud this paid after VP?

after VP only, total need to pay them is RM2600
1) Security deposit = RM2000
2) 6 months advanced security fee = RM600 (100 per month)

Any idea how much deposit to pay to TNB for our 3 phase electricity supply?

Ours is luxury terrace house? lol than have to pay RM1200 according the the TNB website below

Yes, pay booking fee that day already filled in the form for the TNB application but it did not state the amount need to pay.

Notice something from MDKS website, if you plan to extend your house, you need to get consent from your neighbour with their details and signature.

yeah... this is a must... now i also headache on this... one side neighbour haven't appear yet... wanna apply extension... i only have one side of the neighbour appear to sign for me... hahahaha

internal reno need to pay refundable deposit to the developer also in my case... but no need apply from the exterior... i need to extend my kitchen... hence the application... otherwise... i dont think i will waste time apply from mdks...
