Hi! I just would like to ask whether any residents in BSC are facing problems with wall cracks and such? is there anything we can do with it? one of the houses we bought have the issue and another is starting as well... apparently it's not our fault it cracked, and i was told the agreement for defects handover has ended in year 2017..

precinct 3c, water started to leak out from the cracks... or does anybody have any good contractor contacts can share? hope to find honest and trustworthy ones... thank you.
