According to the company’s figures, a 6in Meatball Marinara sub has 511 calories, 21g of fat, of which 9g is saturated, and 3.3g of salt. That’s 30 per cent less salty than it used to be, Subway boasts — but it is still the equivalent of six packets of Walkers ready salted crisps and more than half of an adult’s maximum daily recommended intake of salt. In fact, it has more calories and salt than a Big Mac.

The Italian BMT is slightly better, with 431 calories, 20.5g fat and 2.7g salt, but the Spicy Italian has a whopping 506 calories, with 29g of fat, almost 13g of it saturated, and 2.8g of salt.

All of those figures ignore the extra cheese and sauce. And remember, the foot-long version has double the calories, fat and salt, putting it into terrifyingly high figures.

Bad news, Subway fans: Your $5 footlong may be LESS healthy than a McDonald’s Big Mac

I'm happy if they own, increase cyber population, better resident profile.

Yes possible for them to come in..but depends on the size of the hospital..the bigger its size the bigger the positive impact...

Lakefront is nearby..with around 8000 units to be completed by 2018..more than enough to cover all the demand...haha..

Oh yea lakefront will have another 8000 Prima type units...so total 16000 units actually...crazy..

Be responsible forumer la. Aiyo... lakefront residence ll be 8 block in total n total 2400 units spread over many years.. many stillnot launched yet. Then one residence there will be 3 blocks of affordabale housing ..one block has launched which is 430units... if all same density it will wotk out 1300units. Then u have selangorku project with 4 blocks there... no info yet...maybe anothet 1500units? So total about 5000 plus units. Not 16000 units la. Having said that, developer ll not simply launch it, it will be spread over 10years at least. Chills guys.

I think if all that is planned are in schedule (Chinese school, hospital and CCC) Cyberjaya will look very appealing in the next 5 years or so. What used to be strictly Silicon Valley setup it now moves to be a more self sustained township. The only thing I personally do not like is way too many SOHO type of development. I go Cbj almost on a daily basis and I really like how well it's being maintained - clean, nice landscaping and hardly see people simply park or ah Long sticking "borrow $1000 get $980" or "ubat lelaki kuat" type of low class advertisement. At Starbucks/cafe I see students group studying or groups of friends/colleagues hanging out - no rowdy drunk people talking really loudly or anyone selling you big sweep or fake DVDs. Sometimes can cuci mata see young students of local and foreigners.
People can hate a place for certain reasons or love a place for exactly the same reasons. Tepuk dada tanya selera la...
