It wasn't sudden. Putrajaya station was always included ever since the announcement of the HSR.

if you say so in Setia Eco Glades, you will be dead.
The buyers can complain among themselves about the quality, but the "outsiders" better keep quiet

well in some report mention putrajaya station while others don't have.

but bdr malaysia, seremban, ayer keroh, muar, batu pahat, nusajaya & jurong east stations confirm I see in all news report sweat.gif

The early announcement did include Putrajaya station. But somewhere along the line it was somehow missing from some articles. However that is not sudden as it doesn't appear out of the blue. Take the following article for example, it was released in 2014.

Had you been following the news of HSR you wouldn't be saying the Putrajaya inclusion is sudden.

Article taken from wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuala_Lumpur...High_Speed_Rail

Malaysia's Land Public Transport Commission chairman, Syed Hamid Albar, announced the stops in Malaysia on 22 October 2014.[20]

Kuala Lumpur
Putrajaya
Seremban
Ayer Keroh
Muar
Batu Pahat
Nusajaya

I think it is not the question of "quality" but what i observe of these "outsiders" they are just being picky anything about cyber properties. Whenever credits is due it is not given and these outsiders just criticise for sake of it. you cannot fault the forumners who has vested interest to be defensive. It is always easy to be just keyboard hero.

Some of these forumners not even visit the actual unit and yet they comment about the quality and workmanship solely based on picture. To be fair, quality and workmanship issue happen to 99% of developers in Malaysia especially among new purchasers where they set themselves a very high expectation on the delivery. I am not sure even Tan&Tan and Gamuda can have zero complaints about quality and workmanship.

True, yet subjective. Those who are drawn to CBJ or any location for that matter, did so for based on their objective and criteria, not mine, not you, nor anyone for that matter. As long as they are happy with their purchase, for what ever reasons, who are we to dispute their choice? Frankly, if I have no interest in that location, I wouldn't even go in there to spout nonsense about why I have no interest in that location. I have better things to do.

Ideal is a matter of perspective. I like Mont Kiara, but I can't afford it. So, I stay away from commenting in those threads. Poor man mah ... I don't like Semenyih, yet Eco Majestic attracts many. Still, I stay away from that thread coz my reason for not liking that area, is mine alone. Those who bought it, did so according to their needs, not mine. Just because I work in PJ, doesn't mean I can afford PJ homes. Just because I work in Bangsar, doesn't mean I can afford homes around that area.

Thus, it eludes me on why people who have no interest in that area, keep coming back to enforce their reason for not liking that area. It's weird coz it wastes their time, yet bears no consequences to them whether it is successful or not. They seem to jerk off to making people upset with their choice.

On a side note, I'm happy with the growing crowd of D'Pulze. For the first time after many visits, I have to go down to B2 for parking, that also requires many turns before finding a spot. However, they do need to fix their glass roof. It leaks and wets the floor near the cinema level, making it slippery. And water leaking onto the double floor escalator will in turn cause electrical issue if it gets into the electronic/mechanical components.

I'm torn between deciding whether to move to 770 sqft HYVE (3 car parks) or 958 sqft Verdi (2 car parks), since HYVE may complete at least 12 months ahead of Verdi from the looks of progress at site. I'm so looking forward to cutting my travel time to my work place in Puchong, from where I live currently. Don't want to waste renovation money on HYVE only to discover Verdi is more attractive for better living environment. Downside to HYVE is that there isn't any yard, compared to Verdi. That makes drying clothes a hassle as I prefer not to use dryer.

Also, looking forward to the SEG flyover to open up for more options of accessibility towards CBJ. I wish the authorities would quickly repair the collapsed bridge. It's an eyesore and an inconvenient to road users.
*
Exactly! You couldn't said it better! rclxms.gif

As for D'Pulze, I have been parking in B2 starting a few months back. It is usually pretty crowded during lunch hour / afterwork and weekend.

Based on the two choices, I'd go for Verdi. Better greenery and slightly bigger space but each has its pros and cons so to each his own. Hopefully you will find your ideal home in Cyberjaya. thumbup.gif

For me non peak hour I reach mid valley 15 mins, reach bangsar banana leaf nirwana in 25 mins..

At 5pm from menara shell back cbj in 20mins..

To pavilion driving slowly, reach within 20-30min.. KLCC average time 25 mins sure reach regardless jam or no jam..

i never took more than 40 mins to KL
*
I agree with every single word. It's pretty much the same for me too. Peak hour or non-peak MEX is not jam anyway. I don't know how some people would need 45mins to an hour to reach KL. blink.gif Probably not using MEX I guess.

Why so quiet in here?

Anyway, some updates for Cyberjaya.

Dave's Deli Express (i believe it's their first express concept) open in Shaftsbury.

Mr DIY store starts operating in Dpulze, while Wendy's and HEMAN (smart master) opening soon in Dpulze. Dpulze renovation is still in progress, but can see part of transformation already and it's looking good.

D'pulze basically got everything there. I really wonder how the upcoming malls/retails are going to survive. hmm.gif

I am relocating to Malaysia and I am gonna be working in IBM.

Any recommendations on where to rent?

I just want a nice place with ease of public transport since I don't want a car and also near restaurants, I don't mind traveling up to 45min and tops 1.7k MYR.

D'pulze or Shaftsbury.

OC (Original Classic) opening soon also in Dpulze. Looks like it's going to be 100% occupied soon.

Hopefully they will be able to pull in more quality tenants for last few lots. I was back in Malaysia a few weeks ago and the crowd was pretty crazy during weekend.
