Hsr won't be ready until 2026 the earliest. Many things could happen from now til 2026.

I think highly likely will be at putrajaya sentral.. they will upgrade existing ERL, which will ease the land acquisition and cost saving..

cyberjaya are the main beneficial.. TRX area are too expensive, hence people will looking into second most strategic location+more cost saving township, like cyberjaya, puchong south, putrajaya (I doubt people prefer here).

Not likely upgrade ERL.

Alignment should be parallel with ERL as cost saving.

HSR station should around putrajaya sentral since alignment will parallel and make as transport hub integration.

Either CCC or beside Putrajaya Sentral.

Monorail i think gone case already, gov. now looking for tram.

because if u take from Putrajaya station. u needed to stop at Iskandar Puteri. then take another shuttle train to SG

Setia Haruman should lobby for express train to include PJ as a stop before zooming to sg.

Those stay nearby to transit stop will be benefited when the service extended to the North MY and cross boarder to Thailand.. :thumb:

cyberjaya will boom to next high level already... I think its the best choice for those for waited for HSR services.. those who cant afford TRX will definitely go at puchong south or cyberjaya.. while seremban are little far away from KV, so cyberjaya will be very very ideal place for those who really needed HSR..

Cyberjaya city center will have a 100meter sheltered walkway to Putrajaya sentral. That was the plan and published in the the star newspaper in 2013. Either hsr in Putrajaya sentral or cyberjaya city Centre, it doesn't matter. It's just next to each other. The beneficiary are those people who own properties in skypark and garden residence. These two areas are next to it.

Typical pessimistics like those who wrote off cyberjaya 5 years ago. Hehe. They claimed no mall back then, now it has D pulze and skypark coming up, with ioi resort mall is 7 min away from cyberjaya. They claimed no food and beverage outlets here but the cyberians are spoilt of choice when comes to food and drinks. There so many choices until they are unsure where to eat n drink. Now because they missed the boat and opportunities, they claimed anything can happen. Yea what can happen is that cyberjaya will boom further. Hehe

They thought about it but they were worried about brain drain. Cyberjaya is the technological hub that drives the knowledge economy and provides taxes to the government. They will want to keep the knowledge workers within Malaysia and make it harder for knowledge workers to commute n work in Singapore to earn sing dollars. With many cbj projects vp in the next few years, cbj for certain will be very vibrant and prosperous.

How many ppl are willing to pay so much to travel between cyber and sgp daily? It's costly and too time consuming. It's more realistic for ppl from johor to work in sgp.

I am more afraid of KL Sentral than Singapore. Even Google & FB were there.

I was thinking if Google and FB were located at cyber, maybe the effect will be stronger than HSR??
