NIce updates, Wet work should be pretty fast depends on the contractor, around 1 month plus if no delay. If you are installing security door , please note that the timing is crucial, must make sure the door is ready timely if not will delay your progress.

The rest also will take times , plumbing work (laying of new pipe)--> Elec (wiring trunking) --> installing Windows--> Tiles -->Grill -->plumbing (installing WC,water tap etc) -->Elec (installing downlight, fans, etc) --> paint

Well the worker start around 8.30am to 6.30pm everyday except for Sunday, they will work on those that involve no hacking and all. Like I said is a courtesy, if they do work there is nothing the neighbor can do. Even if the complaint to authority is still morning day. If you have approval from majlis perbandaran than is all good to continue work.

I also hope the wet work can complete within 2 months. As building new extension on upper floor it takes time for the support beam to settle down on the concrete. Plus now is quite a lot of rain, it will be a bit of delay. I had already install security door 5 years back for my main door. The tiles work will be quite a lot as they need to remove all the all tiles from the front and inside the house which is 2000 sq feet area of tiles and than lay new one. I forsee this will take many weeks to complete.

Hi sonerin.. I was told by an electrician that if u plan your wiring diligently then you can save loads of money on electric bill..
He said instead of dividing the phase by the level of floors...we shud divide it by usage.. eg. 1 phase is for all air-conds in the house, 2nd phase for all plugs points etc.
Lesser looping also leads to less electric usage.

Yes that is correct. Is like have 1 phase for all the high power items and another for low power.
