Plaster ceiling just finished, started painting. Next in line will be carpentry... All things almost went up by 20-30%, very heart pain... cry.gif

Skylight for master bedroom. Internal wall cement plastering is completed. Now waiting to complete the external walls.

Yes have to have bigger budget to everything or else will always have to think again what to do. The skylight is 8 feet X 4 feet. Is actually very small as the room is 520 sq feet. Anyway will have openable roof system for the skylight. Is up to me control how much light to come in

What kind of tempered glass are u using, and how do you control amount of light comes in? (manual?)

I had fixed motorized louvers. So I can control if want sunlight to come in or not
