Envy your man cave... For me, I have to sacrifice 1 bedroom to convert into... "Study/work purposes" (term to use in front of gf)... So, only left 1 guest bedroom.

Don't say that, for me I don't have guest bedroom at all.

Surprised to hear that... From the pic your house look quite big.

I see what you mean now. What I meant was I have to convert one of my bedrooms into the study. Balance left 1 bedroom. I don't have a guest bedroom downstairs.

Have to set up my system in the living room only 😰😰

The left side part (where the ladder is), what is it for? Do you plan to install skylight there? Also, your grey fencing, is it wood or metal? Looks nice.

bro, how did you do your speaker wiring for the audio room. is it a good idea to prepare the wiring going through ceiling for back speakers?

currently i am using a pair of B&W CM1 & yamaha (forgot what model) for back speakers, wires everywhere in my living room.

in the future (new house) I plan to convert the CM1 into back speakers and get a floor / freestanding full sized speakers for the front. currently i'm just thinking of preparing a ledge near the ceiling (along with wiring coming down from ceiling) that can accommodate the CM1 but wonder if there's any better way to do it

Yes I conceal the wiring inside the wall as like normal electric wiring for all 4 surround speakers. As I have ceiling speakers still, so practically all wires will be through ceiling to go to the front of the room where the screen is to connect to the AVR. I wall mount all surround speakers. If you look at the 2nd pic I posted on the room, you can see White color wire coming out from the wall. That is the speaker wire

Thanks. any specific cable type/brand I should look out for that can withstand being stuck in the wall or just any cable will do?
